形態特徵

• Rhizomes long creeping, about 6-7 mm thick, very scaly.
• Fronds rather close together, pinnate, 60-70 cm long; stipes, rachises. petiolules and costae more or less scaly, the first two straw-colored, 10-30 cm long; sterile fronds with 2-5 pairs of lateral, sesile, ovate or lanceolate pinnae, 10-15 cm long by 3-5 cm wide, generally long-acute, obtuse at base, and a longer terminal pinna sometimes lobed at its base, the tip long-attenuate and sometimes proliferating and elongating further, all subentire to coarsely sinuate toothed;; lateral veins rather mamy, wide diverging, ending in the teeth (if any).
• Fertile fronds with longer stipes and narrower laminae; lateral pinnae 4-5 pairs, narrowly lanceolate or linear, 5-8 cm long, 1-1.5 cm wide, acute or obtuse at tip, repand or entire.
• Sori acrostichoid.

分布

• 台灣 : Growing on dark rocky ravine walls in the deep forests.
• 世界 : southern and western China, Himalayas, Burma, Malay Peninsula, the Ryukyus, the Philippines, Malay Isls., Polynesia and Micronesia.
